The introduction to Ascension Workshop opens many doors to further your insight and develop your awareness; this will aid in developing your light body and accelerating your spiritual progress. The day is made up of a variety of visualisations and activities such as using the gold and silver violet flame, along with understanding the Ascension process and how to ascend this lifetime. 

This one day course can lead to further short sessions where we research individual Masters and work with their energies to empower our spiritual advancement.

No previous experience required.
