Our totally exclusive Foundation Course is the first step on our Unique Soul Healing Program. The foundation course gives you the basics and you learn about the 12 chakras and how to ground, protect and align the energies for optimum healing. You will also learn about meditation and visualisations and learn how to work with higher energies safely. This course is required before you can
proceed to the main Healing Course.

The Foundation Course is full of information and practical activities which is followed by a short multiple choice test. On completion of the test you will receive a certificate. The Foundation Course is fully accredited by the IHPM and has been rigorously tested.
